The New Sage Women’s Network brings together a small, carefully curated group of professional women from a wide range of organizations. This group meets regularly to tackle leadership and professional development topics in a supportive environment. The small group size is by design, allowing each member to have ample time to discuss their unique challenges, share ideas, and gain meaningful feedback from others who understand what they’re going through.

In addition to group coaching, you’ll receive personalized 1:1 coaching designed to help you uncover your true essence and purpose. These sessions offer a deeper exploration of what drives you, providing individualized support to align your life and get accountability for your goals. By focusing on what truly matters to you, we’ll give you the strategies to move forward with clarity and intention.

  • The size of each New Sage Women’s Network varies. To keep the setting intimate and impactful, we keep the group size up to 10 women so that you can get the most out of your time.

  • Yes, you will receive one-on-one personalized coaching to move you closer to your goals and enhance your leadership capabilities.

  • The New Sage Women’s Network meetings are in-person in the Fox Cities area and it is an opportunity for you to build a local network of supportive women to help you navigate your career journey.

  • There will be 6 small group sessions. You will meet with your cohort and Vicki Updike, founder of New Sage Strategies and facilitator of the group.

  • The New Sage Women’s Network is here to grow and change with you. As your leadership position may evolve, your cohort will continue to be there as a sounding board and encouragement as you navigate any changes to your career.
